I understand that as a member of the Stilwater POA, my guests/tenants are my responsibility.
As a condition of renting my property, I have read and agree to the Policies for Rental Properties in the Stilwater Community.
I have designated the agent named above to act in my place in matters of my guests’/tenants’ compliance with both the Stilwater Rules and Regulations posted in my rental property and the Garrett County TVRU Regulations.
If no agent is designated, or Tripco cannot reach my agent, I will be available by phone and directly responsible for my guests/tenants.
I will inform Tripco and or the Stilwater POA Board if there are any changes in agent or owner status, including updated phone numbers.
I acknowledge that I am responsible for ensuring the information on this form is current over any period in which I contemplate renting my Stilwater property.
